Dear Customer, Dear Partner,

An incident occurred during database maintenance. Between 10:16 AM and 12:30 PM, the ingestion and viewing of traffic logs and security events were unavailable. The logs and events could not be retrieved.

Application protection (traffic filtering and attack blocking) remained fully operational throughout the incident.

We are working on a plan to improve the resilience of this service, which will include:

• implementing sharding
• multiple ingestion to several databases
